i need help on installing some drivers

hello everyone
i am a windows user and now im migrating to unix systems, i installed openSUSE linux on my system and i need help on installing the driver for a wireless USB adapter (TP-Link )and the driver for the graphic Card (geforce 5500).

For the USB wireless card, you need to find out if it is in fact supported. That is dependent on the chip that the card uses. That may require a little bit of effort on your part. See if the hwinfo command gives you anything.
You may have to use NDISwrapper to get the card to work. Wireless cards are still quite non-standard and may require some massaging to get working if they are not natively supported.

As for the graphics card, go to the nvidia website and download their linux binary blob driver. Follow the instructions on their site for install or use google to search for how to install on openSUSE. The openSUSE webpage has instructions, but mostly you run the wrapper in runlevel 3 and it should install without issue.
