you can't download aix for free.
To add to DukeNuke2's comment even if you could download it the O/S is very platform specific so unless you have an RS6000 laying around you will not be able to use it anyway.
Not to be totally negative if you need this for work why does the place of your work not have the O/S for you to use anyway?
