How to set the path from 1 ubuntu system to another system?

Hi,

I need to set the path from one ubuntu server to another one.
I have installed postgresql on one system. I need to install thingworx on another system. the thingworx system requires postgresql path in $PATH. How to add the postgresql path on thingworx system?
