What 'file size' are we talking about - do you mean what ulimit shows, or quota....?

file size ... filesystem size... a big difference. are you on the right track?:slight_smile:

use growfs(1m) to increase the filesystem size and vi to increase the file size. :wink:

With the help of "ulimit" command you can increase the file size.

ulimit -d <size> sets the max size of data blocks in KB
