what is the command to find out that how many samba users accounts are in samba server in solaris 8.and also about samba users home directoris and samba users permissions
You can lookout for client detail in smb.conf file which is located in the <install> lib. In that you will be getting the shared resource name with also you will get some thing like �valid users = <list of users who are allowed to use the resource>� take the user detail from there and grep them in /etc/passwd to get there home directory.
