How to corrupt a superblock?

I need to corrupt a superblock of a mounted device in a soalris m/c and check recovery from an alternate superblock. How can this be done?

try to mount the partition using the links(hard link perferable) and create several of mounts(3 or more), and try access the mount from remote and access it preferably used the yes command to add the contents into the file, while accessing poweroff the system forcfully, here there is a chance of corrupting the OS also. just try the option on VM ware so u can take snapshot and try it out without any problem

The mounted device is a loopback one using lofiadm. Can dd command be used to get this condition?
Need help urgently.
