memory, size, memory type (ex. memory type chipkill)
internal harddisk, size
how many to seial I/O ?
fibre
network interface
raid controller, raid type
DVD-rom, speed DVD-rom
aix version and patch
disk-subsystem cache

prtconf -v
This will display all your information. You'll have to cross-reference a few things, but for example, if you check any hdisks, you can see under the description if they're local or SAN or something else.
RAID controller/type...depends upon where your RAID is. If it's hardware RAID you need to check with the manufacturer. If it's software RAID check with them.
OS version is oslevel -r. For example, 5300-08 would be AIX 5.3 TL 8. The format goes major release, tech level, service pack.
Not sure what you mean by "disk-subsystem cache".
