ftp configuration

hi,

I am using Solaris 10, actually i want to restrict user to access upper level directory while using ftp, means when user access a folder using ftp he has no access to go to base directory.
If i am not wrong ftp configuration file use in solaris 10 is /etc/ftpd/ftpaccess kindly confirm,
I want to know parameter which use in ftp configuration file to restrict accessing upper level directories.

Hi you need to modify /etc/password file and put entry something like following :

ftpuser:x:101:100:FTP user only:/home/ftpadmin:/bin/ftpshell --->> OLDER

ftpuser:x:101:100:FTP user only:/home/./ftpadmin:/bin/ftpshell --->> NEWER
