i was just wondering if i can specify the font size when i am printing from solaris .
i am using solaris 9 and hp laserjet 1230 .
i dont want to change the global variable for the printer driver .
i just want to print a file with small font and the others with normal fonts .

i've never seen it ... (of course i'm still quiet a newbie) ... solaris printing on hp printers for some reason has always come out one-size font for me ... i think it has something to do with what's fed to the lp system --- garbage in, garbage out --- so changing the printer driver fonts is not likely to do anything ...
