How to view more info about this error message that i am keep on getting.
Tried "errpt -a" but the output is huge.

and then
errpt -aj identifier_ID

Means:
Description: The controller card has failed.
Action: Exchange the FRU for a new FRU.
In plain English:
One of the SSA drawer controller cards - the little cards in the disk drawer where the cables connect - has failed or gone off line. Usual service proceedure is to reseat, or if that doesn't help, then replace the card.
Before fittong ensure the replacement card has the same jumpers and jumper configuration as the old card.
