You cant. AIX only runs on the IBM Power architecture - since AIX 3 there hasnt been an "intel" version.
Have you tried this?
Being from 1992 I can't imagine this much resembles AIX as we know it today. But I suppose if you have some old machine lying around it's worth a go!

Unless you want the above Dinosaur from 1992, which would be completely unrecognisable as current day AIX - you cant. Software doesn't help. It runs on completely different hardware. I suggest you hit ebay and look for IBM pSeries machines. Cheers
I remember that I was running AIX for ps/2 in vmware in 1998 ... it kind of worked but was not THAT great ... I doubt that it still works in current vmware versions though.
