Dear All ,

Very recently I find there are a lot of I/O errors in our Red HAt Linux Server.

Pl find the below

I'd suggest to boot of a livecd and run a fschk on /dev/sda.
Did you try to mount your partitions using letters instead of numbers?

Kindly let me know should i have to do it.

Might been mislead by the 'sd' values...
I'm no hardware guy, but what is the output of lsscsi ?

As root:

yum install lsscsi
