it is not taking input so how it will wait?
and how or what should i tell more i am new to it.
It may mean the bootloader isn't working. Is your computer UEFI? It's difficult for me to give any specific answer to this sort of problem, when the only symptom is "doesn't work".

how to know whether it is UEFI BASED??
That's something you need to look up before you install. Most modern consumer PC's are UEFI. Does the computer boot normally from its own hard drive?
