create widgets using perl pk module

I am posting this for my friend...
is it possible to create widgets using perl pk module in IBM AIX 5.3?
They dont have a GUI so is it possible to create the above mentioned thing in a CUI?

Are you sure you don't mean "PerlTK", not pk?

Please post more detail on what you are trying to accomplish. What is the specific problem and what is the desired solution?
