Command to flush specific domain in SunOS 5 DNS

Hello to all,

May you help saying me how to flush a specific domain in Linux SunOS5

I know the command rndc is to flush DNS cache, but I would like to know:

1- How to do a flush only on specific domain
2- How to see the content of DNS Resolver cache (similar to info given by IPCONFIG /displaydns in Windows)

If I send below command with flushname, I get an error:

rndc flushname domain.com
rndc: 'flushname' failed: unknown command

Thanks in advance for any help on this.

Regards

Do you get the same result running as root? The path might be set differently.

Hello rdrtx1,

Thanks for answer.

I'm logging as root, but I'm not executing with "sudo".

Besides that, I don't understand what do you mean with "The path might be set differently" May you explain me a little bit please?

Thanks in advance.
