change disk under solaris 6

hi every one ,
i want to change the failed disk under solaris 6 i know that it's different than other revisions but i havn't a procedure ,can someone help me plz?

what model is the system? how many disks? RAID 0?
any format, iostat -En, metastat , metastat -p outputs?

OS: Solaris 10
server : sun T2000
format : c0t0d0 ; c0t0d1; c0t1d0(failed),c0t1d1
raidctl -l : statut c0t1d0 failed

that all what i can collect as informations, i hope that can help

huh?>?? first you said solaris 6, now you're telling solaris 10.. so which is correct?

OOOPS , excuse me I've confused with another case

os: solaris 6
server : E3000
format: c0t0d0 & c0t1d0( not apear in format)
no raid

format
iostat -En
df -k
cat /etc/vfstab
metastat (if can)
