thanks for your help
After installation, the following message at boot :

dlpid : unable to open network adapter drive (/dev/mdi/bnxii0)
dlpid : no such file or directoy

this file

/dev/mdi/bnxii0

exists

What steps did you take after installing all that software?
Some possibilities:
The nic is disabled in the CMOS.
netconfig requires that you input the PCI parameters, and you have left them at the default 0,0,0.
The nic is defective.

just show loopback
picture show the message in boot

Well, there's definitely a discrepancy between the adapter named in post#5 ( /dev/mdi/bnxii0 ) and the one you show in the screenshot ( /dev/mdi/r9e0 )!
Which is the one in question?

You haven't added the Broadcom device yet? Is this because you tried, and the device is not either of the ones for which there is a SCO driver.
HP does not have any SCO drivers for the z400.
For the Realtek card you probably have to supply the PCI Slot number, the Bus Number and the Device Number. These are sometimes available in the CMOS, or are displayed during POST.
