I want to learn AIX, I am a beginner for this operating system of IBM. Can anyone give me some useful tutorial for a beginner like me?...

Best would be to have an AIX box at hand so you can play around with it or get some easy AIX specific tasks to fulfill and search for appropriate solutions.

This might be a good start if you only have the option to read than to try out:

Specific introduction:

While it might be affordable to get an old small box to run AIX on it, you will need an expensive environment to do things like virtualization in AIX.
