Is it possible to see the mails received by him (mail sent to him) in outlook on my Windows workstation?

you can forward the mail to any user you like by creating / populating $HOME/.forward

I populated .forward file.
The mail was transfered to the address which is in .forward file but not given to main receiver (imap user).
What to do for imap user receives also that mailand application process it?

In your .forward file, put
\username, outlookuser@address
That should forward to the local inbox of "username" and send a copy to the outlook address.
Perhaps the comma is not accepted as a separator, then use a newline:
\username
outlookuser@address
