AIX Cluster clarification

Hello,

I'm using the 2 boxes of AIX 6.1 TL9 and install the Power HA 6 standard (downloaded from IBM site). I can figure out later that, the smitty sysmirror doesn't exist but smitty hacmp does. So I wonder though the medium called Power HA, it still remains the old name HACMP???

The second is that, I find some commands are not available (not found) such as clmgr, halevel, ... I could imply that those commands are only with Power HA system mirror 7 ???

The third is that, I use smitty hacmp fastpath to create the cluster and its components, with CSPOC I can see the cluster is up and running

Command: OK stdout: yes stderr: no

Before command completion, additional instructions may appear below.

Status of the RSCT subsystems used by HACMP:
Subsystem Group PID Status
 topsvcs topsvcs 19923076 active
 grpsvcs grpsvcs 21823542 active
 grpglsm grpsvcs inoperative
 emsvcs emsvcs 23724186 active
 emaixos emsvcs inoperative
 ctrmc rsct 2425076 active

Status of the HACMP subsystems:
Subsystem Group PID Status
 clcomdES clcomdES 11272406 active
 clstrmgrES cluster 9306160 active

Status of the optional HACMP subsystems:
Subsystem Group PID Status
 clinfoES cluster 24772812 active

but when using the lscluster -c command, it says cluster service is not active

[root@xxx] / > lscluster -c
lscluster: Cluster services are not active.

so confusing, then I read more, and seems that this command should work if I create the cluster using CAA command like mkcluster. Further reading, CAA is also a part of Power HA. and what are the differences between creating the cluster using smitty hacmp and mkcluster.

With c-spoc shows the cluster is up and running, should I assume that it's working properly?

The fourth thing, using the cldump command I see below:

[root@xxx] / > /usr/es/sbin/cluster/utilities/cldump

so, why the second node xxx02 resource group state is offline.

Could someone shed some light for me on this. Still researching, but seems more and more confusing.
