Can anybody guide as to whether the aCC compiler for RISC (9000/785) be used with ia64 processor?
This would be a bizarre thing to attempt. The only reason it might be possible is Aries which lets you run PA-Risc executables on an Integrity processor. But Aries is intended to let you run your application, not HP's compilers.
The HP C/ANSI C compiler is also available for HP Integrity servers with Itanium:
