Someone Please Help Me - nsrjb problem

i went to replace a few tapes. and as i closed the door, something about the key just wasn't right. the key wasn't twisting the knob on the inner side of the jukebox door well enough to lock it, so i just reached in and twisted the knob so the key can easily lock it in.

i closed the jukebox, went back to my desk and when i ran the nsrjb command, i'm getting this error message:

nsrjb: SYSTEM error: I/O error

i have ran the nsrjb command over 20 times now and i'm getting the same error message.

what can i do to fix this?

It sounds like your messing with the lock made it so the door isn't hitting a switch to let the system know the door is closed completely.
