set -javahome????

hi guys

I am basically installing a IBM software on a server but I really don't know linux

and I am having a problem and I found the solution but I don't understand

Resolving the problem
* set -javahome switch to specify a path to the current java directory. - Doubt?
* Set default and current enforcing mode to permissive in the SELinux Manager - DONE -

what does it mean "set -javahome switch to specify a path to the current java directory."?

how can I do that?

IBM - This application requires a Java Run Time Environment (JRE) to run. Searching for one on your computer was not successful on SE Linux

thanks a lot
