hi all,
I have just installed networker 7.3 on my HPUX machine, licenced and ready to go, however, when I try to load/inventory/label a type using the autochanger I am getting the following error:
Cannot find attribute 'operation instance' for resource 'NSR jukebox'.
When I check to see what the value is, it is blank, I have tried inserting 0,1,2 but to no avail.
Anyone with any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
thanks all.
It's been awhile since I used Networker, but if memory serves theres a commandline tool to set up new jukeboxes. I _think_ it's something like nsrjb or nsraddjb...
Find that tool (just look in your nsr binary tree), check it's what you expect, then blow away the NSR jukebox resource and recreate it. It should populate all the attributes of it correctly for you (you might still need to identify what sort of JB it is during the process though).
