how do you interprete the following :
t#/usr/sbin/lsattr -E -l sys0 -a realmem
realmem 31457280 Amount of usable physical memory in Kbytes False
What does False mean here ?

If I remember right, it means you can't change it.
that is correct. there are some parameters you can alter on sys0 like fullcore. run lsattr -El sys0 and you will see what can be altered.
