Installing Solaris 10 on Flash Drive

Where can I find instructions for doing this? I am running Win XP and would like to be able to run solaris 10 from my flash drive.

I dont have a cd or dvd drive I am on a netbook, any other suggestions?

You can probably follow the above-mentioned procedure from within VirtualBox.
