Get the latest version of patchck from ftp://ftpput.sco.com/pub/tools/patchck.tar.Z
Run patchck to get the latest sysinfo. Sysinfo will save a lot of information for you.
Also run my 'savefiles' script, from ftp.jpr.com/pub.
But nothing replaces a serious backup using either BackupEDGE or LoneTar.
I want to know what directories and files should copy in a safe place in case you need to re-install the system, the file of users and other settings to be restored to use the same users and passwords, and the same previously configured printers.

Run 'ap'. This program will create a copy of all user id's and passwords and other permissions and authorizations.
Save a copy of the output of 'lpstat -t' and the contents of /usr/spool/lp/admins/lp/interfaces directory.
Save /etc/hosts, /etc/resolv.conf /etc/rc2.d /usr/spool/cron/crontabs /etc/mail,
/usr/mmdf/mmdftailor (assuming that you are using sendmail and not mmdf)
There may be others as well, you really need to know the installation.
