what unix could you advice to me for following purposes?
-browsing web
-reading text information
-listening to music (mp3/ogg/tracker modules)
-watcing movies (rare)
i suggest solaris or redhat
as i know redhat is a linux.. and why solaris? what are benefits?
if you want all those features in unix.. hmmm hard to get..
I'm currently running Kubuntu 8.04 - "Hardy Heron" - which seems to do all of those things. It's available on a Live CD, so you could download that and boot from it, giving you a chance to try it without having to install/reconfigure your system.

Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard is a UNIX licensee and it does what you're asking quite well..

but i forget to tell "all except MacOS" I have PC desktop and, frankly speaking, don`t like Mac`s.
I probably would have to say Solaris.. Does it have to be a TRUE Unix? Or would free/open/netbsd or darwin qualify?
To watch movies I assume flash movies on youtube etc?
Your only choices are Solaris / GNU/Linux /Mac OS X if you want native flash support
Read documents & surf internet all the above are also capable of accomplishing them
UNIX you means System V certified
Only Solaris and Mac OS X are your choices
