Font size

Hello all I am a new linux user (Redhat 7) and I am trying to learn how to operate the system. I have a couple problems one the font size for all windows withing the OS are too small and even though I found a couple places to configure font size I can't find where to change the font size for the overall OS. Changing the resolution would achive my purpose I think. Its in 1024x768 but I don't know how to change it

My second problem is installing programs does anyone know where I can find useful information on the basics of systems management on the net? BESIDES the FAQ I've read through it already.

Any help is greatly apprecited

To adjust your resolution on Red Hat try setup which is a front end for a few setup programs such as XConfigurator. You might have to use this outside of X for best results. As for documentation try www.linuxdoc.org they have lots of stuff including a downloadable version of various totorials and books.

Best of luck.

Thanks dabrok I apprecite your reply
