Hi Everyone,
I am trying to add a print queue using HPPI. After selecting the option to add a new printer, I get the following message:
ERROR: Printer configuration error
Could not find the printer configuration file
Please verify software installation
Can someone please assist me with this issue?

The error message looks like something went awry when the driver software was installed. To really help you it would be necessary to know more details: your OS, the model of your printer (HP i suppose? Unfortunately they offer more than one model), how the printer is connected to the computer (network/HP JetDirect card? Serial line? Parallel/Centronics connector?), etc..
