is there any program in terminal to show cpu and ram information? and usage of this?

Yes there are, but it depends on what operating system and version you are using.
My os is centos 7
Depends on what "cpu and ram information" you want to show. For Linux type OSes, there are, amongst others,
lshw (-c class)
lscpu
lsmem
dmidecode (--type)
