what is prolly the best way to learn bourne shell programming the easy way?
I found many tutorials but I just cant seem to decide / chose which one is the best and suits my needs.
could you recommend me some tutos?

Prolly the best tuto suiting your needs is depending on what your needs are, which you didn't tell us, perhaps because of a serious lack of syllables. I suggest to take that chewing gum out of your keyboard, stock up on characters and then try again.
In the meantime you might take any of the tutorials you found, find out how far that takes you and ask specific questions if there are left any.
