win2k to Mandrake,Internet Connection Sharing!

i've got a win2k machine(192.168.0.2) that i want to give access to mandrake through my network (192.168.0.0 255.255.255.0). I enabled ICS and setup the mandrake machine to be (192.168.0.3 255.255.255.0) and i'm still not able to get Internet Access to my Mandrake.
I guess I have to do Dynamic IPs through DHCP huh?

Look into using win2k as a proxy or use IP masquerading.

Set the mandrake systems default gateway to 192.168.0.2.

If you have static addresses, why use DHCP? That should
not be your problem.

If you use Mandrake as a gatewaye to ICS. First you must enable IP Masquerade in Mandrake.

If you use Mandrake as a client connection to internet by Windows. You must set information about your network as: IP (IP of Windows Server, enable ICS and Subnet). You can use command "ifconfig" or "netconf" to do this work...

Good luck
