when using useradd command, what are the necessary options/arguments to be included?
Please advice.

Are all options on the useradd man pages are mandatory?
It's normally useradd yourusername, (you don't need any other option) it also depends on what you need. Let us know what do you want to do when you create a user, so we can help you further.
