(4) Do not 'bump up' questions if they are not answered promptly. No duplicate or cross-posting and do not report a post where your goal is to get an answer more quickly.
You may not craft an exception to this rule by claiming that {HP-UX, Solaris, BSD, Linux, AIX, etc} is so special that it deserves a separate copy of the question. Please ask a single combined question and specificly mention the OS version or versions you are using. I will combine the two threads.
