what is the system manager now in solaris 10?
i'm managing multiple unix flavor and it's better if there's some kind of equivalent with smit/smitty/sam.

smc, I guess. smc man page But it is new with 10 and I have never used it. Speaking of new, I hear that HP has deprecated sam in favor of a new program called smh. I have never used that either.
smc is also in solaris9 (and 8, but im not 100% sure). but smc is real pain in the ass :). to manage (monitor) a lot of servers go for "sunmc (sun management server). you can dowload it at sun.com...
