Hi all
i saw this in the IBM System Storage DS4000 Interoperability Matrix

Qlogic adapters are only supported if used in conjunction with IBM FAStT FC-2/133 and IBM FC 4Gbps PCI-X BIOS and Device Drivers

but i not very understand with this statement, anyone have idea?

below is my Qlogic HBA model

The only potential problem I see is the 1Gbit speed of the FC HBA. It's possible that the DS4300 is 2Gbit minimum... you'll need to check.

I don't think anything else will be an issue.

If you don't need the poor performing switch, you might do better to go direct to the storage unit (if that's ok). Otherwise, I'd invest in a new switch (IMHO).
