What is "still the same". You haven't described any symptom yet.
As already stated, fsck. There is even better, a file system that doesn't crash by design and so doesn't need fsck. Unfortunately, you aren't using it (zfs).
hi u dont have metdevices on ur server which seems from ur output..... first u have to create meta database after then u are able to create software raid.....
