this is for the first time i am going to use sudoers i want know how to create sudoers and giving privileges for that users

Are you aware that Solaris has RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) built in? This gives you much finer control that sudo.

ya but i just want to install sudoers package that is why am asking

Read this: you have to set up a downloader FIRST, that will automitically install the package. You cannot just install the package from the site. Read the home page of the link.
