Might be impossible.
I am afraid HP-UX 11.0 ships without ssh. It only has got the old rsh/rlogin that can be configured for a passwordless login shell from a trusted host. And telnet (needs a clear text password).
Many of our HP-UX links are shut down now; the Porting and Archive Center states 11i which is HP-UX 11.11 at least.
