can anyone help??

The above erros looks to be related with SCSI device. Probe time below states, it was trying to check why it has happened, it failed with timeout.
what operations were you doing there?

please check the

luxadm probe -p

Did this happen during a specific operation ?

for this incident happened intermittent. for those clients are connected to this system with ftp connection also freeze but the network was still up.

the system up time: up 955 day

should rebooting can resolve the problem? :wall::wall::wall:

Before you reboot:

do you have backups? The disk may not remount. I would say, as a reasonable guess, that your disk is near death. Can you restore whatever was on the disk? Will you need to restore if it dies completely.

Reboot will solve the problem, probably not in the way you hope.
