I am having one PC with 1.6 GHz, 512MB RAM and hard disk with 4.0 GB
Can I install any version of Solaris. if yes then please tell me in detail or if no, then what other UNIX flavour is available with me.

Yes, in general you can.
I would suggest getting a bigger hard disk, and more memory if possible, but it should be possible to do an installation of Solaris 10.
You could also use OpenSolairs, the default installation is a bit smaller so that could be more suitable for your small hard drive.
