services not working

Hi Friends...

When start any services ..it is showing unrecognized services,I check all the services and ports ,every thing is good can help out in this case.

Can you pleaz post the output of what you did to start the service...?

Please also post the output of this command:

ls /etc/init.d

What services are not working, what commands are you using and what is the full error you are getting?

Also, please post the output of service --status-all , chkconfig --list and runlevel

u can check running services from

chkconfig --list | grep -i ON
