I need your help to know how i can give regular user ALL root privileges.
If there is any way pleas help me

It can be done using sudo or by obtaining. However if a user has a genuine need for root access then maybe it is easier to give them the root password.
If you mean how can a user obtain root priveleges the I would remind you that hacker/cracker posts are not allowed.

I will tell u where is the problem, the problem with my customer,
they want me to give the tech. supports regular user to do some stuff, but as u know some problems need root privileges.
i know there is RBAC and i can make some privileges by RBAC but i need all root privileges.

Hello I think you can try making a user belong to the root users group or give a give root users uid to the user this should solve your problem
duplicate the uid of root user and allote it to the ordinary user

Give your techs normal user access and then give them sudo access to the commands they need only after verified why it is needed. Root access shouldn't just be blindly handed out and should also be very limited.
