port forwarding from unix to windows

can anyone please tell me how can i do port forwarding from unix box to windows box.
Which command will be used for this one.

What kind of UNIX? Are the machines on the same network? Is the UNIX box configured as a kind of router and/or firewall? Is the Windows machine a virtual guest inside the UNIX box? If so, what virtualization software is used?
