Patch Installation

Dear All,

I have some 6 RedHat Servers ( 5.4 ) tikanga connected to the Intranet.

Some are Database Servers and application servers.

For the past 1.5 years , we have not installed any patches..

Is there any way to find out , whether these systems needs patches

and where to download the patches.

I'm sure they will need patches, mostly security patches. And they're usually downloaded and installed using the package manager (yum), but you'll need a contract with Red Hat in order to access them.

Can't say, never used Red Hat. But I think in order to get the patches you have to be registered with Red Hat.

we have registered all our server with RHN

in satellite server its showing some thing
