You use cygwin . Download freewar from internet. or Use Linux free version . Almost all of the unix commands will work in Linux.
Else there are some public unix servers where you could get free login and practice from there
I find the best way is to install Solaris X86 on a spare PC. This is very similar to Solaris, but will run on Intel based hardware. If you need help with this, I can point you in the right direction.
