Why MS COBOL 2.2 ? That is really old...and never though there were unix version...

It might be possible to use MS Cobol with DOS Merge.
Otherwise there are versions of Micro Focus and RM that are available for SCO.
I have tried building the GNU Cobol, GnuCOBOL download | SourceForge.net
but ran into problems with the prerequisites (ncurses and libgmp).
