luupgrade: Sol 8 -> Sol 10 u7 (5/09)

Greetings Forumers!

I ran into an issue after running luupgrade on v880 running Solaris 8. I want to upgrade to Solaris 10.

When I rebooted the system I noticed the file systems listed as such:

I am concerned about the "/.alt.tmp..." entries as they will not go away after several reboots.

Any help is greatly appreciated in advance! :slight_smile:

have a look at the command "luumount". and you might want to delete the old bootenvironment...

Duke,

Thanks for the info. I read through the man pages on luumount but the mounts disappeared over night. :confused: Not sure how it happened but everything else looks fine.

I'm currently waiting on the DBA's to validate the databases and then I'll delete the old BE.

Thanks again!
