I am harsath , am new to UNIX- Aix ust started to learning , interested in working with servers , is it necessary to know shell scripting before learning aix, will i get job only if i know aix ....

no but it helps
that will take - like for any other Unix derivate - years. And you will never know it completely. Get yourself an AIX box and try to administer it - install and deinstall software, configure networks, users, groups, filesystems and volumegroups, move them around and extend them ... get to know smitty - than you may after some time be ready for a junior/entry job. Do you know ANY other Unix/Linux already ?
